SC Avicola Slobozia SA is a competent, operative, integrated, open customer-oriented company with the fileds of activity: organic poultry, industrialization and marketing of poultry production, storage and chicken feed base.

Provided the basis for making the above to become reality is the compliance system requirements Quality Management and Food Safety implemented in our organization standards SR EN ISO 9001 : 2001 and ISO 22000 : 2005. This system provides the framework for improvement activities by:

• reporting by each employee of any nonconformities arising from activity in order to eliminate them;

• eliminating the causes that lead to nonconformities reducing the costs of non-quality;

• continous staff training and motivation in an effort to raise the professional level rendering of the organization;

• periodic analysis of data in order to improve continuity of activities.

The main objectives for 2009 are:

• improving the product sale by opening new stores, as well as implementing sales agents in neighboring cities;

• upgrade the farm nr.1 R.R.G. youth;

• upgrading the incubation farm;

• transforming the farm nr.7 G.O.C. Ion Ghica into a growth of broilers farm - ground base standards according with C.E.;

• increasing turnover by 10-15% in 2009 compared to year 2008.

In order to achieve optimal performance in customer relations, the policy and objectives of the System Quality Management and Food Safety are comunicated, known and applied by the whole staff within our organization and the level of customer satisfaction is monitored and continously improved.
